I can’t recommend John more highly. After snapping my car key in two I rang the dealership who wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a whole new key and fob. Found Kent and Sussex Car Keys on Google as they were local to us. Contacted them using their form and John came back promptly with a response despite having just returned from holiday. John couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating and managed to fit me in on his first day back. He arrived as agreed and was finished within minutes even mentioning a recall on the car (which we knew). Would highly recommend Kent and Sussex Car Keys.

Lost my car key while running last week and unfortunately couldn’t find it. I needed a replacement key and saw that everyone in a Facebook group highly recommended John. I contacted him on Tuesday, he sourced the parts, and by Thursday afternoon he came over and got everything done in less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable service from John. He responded quickly and in a friendly and helpful manner on a Sunday afternoon, and we arranged to meet at my workplace the next day. He sent me a message when en route so I knew exactly when he would arrive. He carried out the work rapidly and the end result was a key of better quality than the original.
