I was having problems with the central locking on my BMW X5 and my friend and mechanic recommended John’s services to me. On the initial call to John I found him to be friendly, helpful and flexible with arranging a time to survey the problem. John went out of his way to make a home visit to myself which made the whole experience much easier to begin with. After sourcing the problem within minutes, John was able to offer a professional solution then and there! His service exceeded my expectations and he also made me a very reasonable and fair price. Excellent professional service provided by John. Lost my car keys on a Saturday night / Sunday morning and I was in a serious pickle parked on double yellows and really needed my car to go somewhere. I must have called about 30 numbers all of which claimed to provide 24 hour service but then when I called I got either no answer or told I would have to wait until Monday. I had nearly lost all hope when luckily for me I found John’s number online which when I called he answered immediately at 5am on Sunday morning and was really quick to get to me. Also the price was very reasonable, I got 2 remote car Keys in the early hours of Sunday morning for the price of what some people had quoted me for one car key and they couldn’t provide it until Monday. To be honest I think this is one of the best services I’ve ever used .my son lost his keys for his car on Christmas Eve could not of happened at a worse time .so we rang around a few places and we struggle to get a mobile car locksmith out because it was late afternoon on Christmas Eve .But we phoned this Company up and spoke to John and to be honest the service was fantastic he came to us in 20 minutes got in the car and he cut us a new key and programmed it and done us a spare key and the prices he charged us was fantastic. I would’ve struggled to just get a new programmed key from ford for the money he charge me and remembering he came out got in the car and done us two keys and to top it off he was a really lovely bloke absolutely top service and we were very thankful to you.
